Personal experiences with Howlite
February the 28th 2017 was a particularly hard day. I was rapidly approaching a migraine as a result of empathic overload, when a voice in my head softly said Howlite. After procrastinating awhile I finally gave in, retrieved the crystal from my collection and placed it on my left temple. Immediately I felt a localised sensation not to dissimilar from my Cefaly Headband. As I focused on this, the angry and hyper-critical tape player of my mind faded into the background resulting in an inner state of calm. I awoke a few hours later feeling revived and balanced with no sign of the impending migraine.
